Host your next event with ArTherapy for Me!

Grab your friends or co-workers and join us for a different kind of party – Birthday Parties, Business Events, Bridal or Baby Showers.

 

Book a party with us!  We like to keep our seating to 24 people in the studio so that we can have more room to paint, but talk to us if you think you might have more guests.  To reserve the studio on Friday or Saturday night, there is a 15 person minimum requirement – all other times have a 10 person minimum.  Book a private event by calling 623-221-1777, filling out the Contact Us form, or email us at artherapyforme@cox.net

 

When you book an event at the ArTherapy for Me studio you agree to the terms and conditions stated below.


  • Reservations for private parties are based on availability.018
    • Contact us and book early to make sure you get the date you want.
    • A private event can replace a regular session on our calendar if no one has previously registered for that session.
    • Parties can also be booked Monday through Wednesday.
  • All private parties require a $150 deposit to be paid at the time of booking.
  • The painting party minimum cost is $30 per person.  Prices will vary according to the painting chosen for the event.
    • No coupons or discounts can be used at private events.
  • Parties are scheduled for a 3 hour time frame to allow time for socializing.
    • Please ask guests to arrive at the start time scheduled.
  • Each person will be provided with the supplies they need to create their own 16″ x 20″ painting.
    • Choose the painting that you would like to do at your event.
    • There are a variety of paintings to view on our website calendar, but feel free to stop by to see our entire collection.
    • You can also request a painting designed specifically for your event – a $50 design fee applies.
  • You are welcome to bring in your own food and beverages.  This includes wine and beer at evening events, but state law does not allow alcohol at afternoon events .
  • There is a 2-week cancellation policy for private events.
    • If an event is not cancelled or re-scheduled 2 weeks prior to the event date, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
  • The remainder of the event balance is due no later than the day of the booked event, prior to the scheduled starting time.  There are no exceptions.

  • Your group will receive all the perks and benefits of a private party.business event
  • Events are scheduled for a 3 hour time frame to allow for socializing.

  • We can work with you to create a specific company request or you can choose from our event options.
  • Event 1: One artwork is chosen from our painting gallery and each guest paints along with one of our instructors.
    • You can also request a painting designed specifically for your event.  A $50 design fee is added to the cost of your event.
  • Event 2: Guests create their own painting designs and put them forward for judging by the entire group.
    • It’s an atmosphere of fun, creative competition that is different from your normal business environment.
  • Event 3: Members of your group each receive a different painting design that can be hung together in a group.
    • When placed next to each other, the paintings create a mural that can be hung at your business.
    • The design fee for a mural is $100.
  • A $150 deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • Please provide us with the minimum number of participants you expect to attend the event when you contact us.

  • Children’s parties are $250 for up to 10 children and each guest receives an 11×14 canvas to paint.
    • Each additional child is $20.
    • Parties can be scheduled anytime except Friday and Saturday evenings.
  • All children’s parties require a $100 deposit to be paid at the time of booking.
    • The deposit is applied to the total cost of the event.
  • Painting parties for children are 2 hours long unless other arrangements are made.
    • Please ask guests to arrive at the scheduled start time.
  • Painting time is between 1 and 1½ hours with 30 to 45 minutes for cake and opening presents.
  • You are welcome to bring in cake, food, and beverages.
  • You can also bring your own specialty plates, napkins, dishes, and silverware or use the supplies provided by the studio.
  • We provide ice and an ice cooler for cooling beverages.
  • If you would like to add party decorations to the studio, contact us so that we can set-up a time for you to come in before the party begins.
  • Choose the painting that you would like to do at your event.
    • We will suggest age appropriate artwork for your guests to make or they can create their own designs without instruction.
  • An additional fee will apply for parties lasting longer than 2 hours.
  • For an additional $50 fee your guests can paint a 16×20 painting (great for older kids).
    • Events for larger paintings will then last 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    • Each additional child is $25.

    • Now you can experience the fun of a painting party and help out your organization at the same time.
  • Your group can set up a private party for a specific organization or create a fundraising session that is open to the public.
    • It’s an easy way to raise some money for your group.  We provide the entertainment and the clean-up, you provide the people.
  • All the fun and perks of a private party apply.
  • Events are scheduled for a 3 hour time frame to allow for socializing.

  • The minimum cost for a fundraising paint party is $35 per person.  Prices will vary according to the painting chosen for the event.
    • ArTherapy for Me donates $10 from each registration fee to the featured organization.
  • A $100.00 deposit is required to hold the event date for your fundraiser.
  • Choose the painting that you would like to do at your event.
